In keeping with our mission to provide care that helps the body heal itself, we are excited to announce the addition of our new Sunlighten Infrared Sauna.

Unlike traditional high-heat saunas, Sunlighten’s patented infrared technology uses soothing, radiant wavelengths to penetrate deep into muscles and joints at lower levels of heat than traditional saunas. By boosting circulation and relieving muscle tension, infrared sessions are the perfect partner to your chiropractic care. Using the sauna after and between treatments reduces inflammation and helps your body retain its proper mobility. Try a session and feel the benefit for yourself.

Our Sunlighten Infrared Sauna is fully open to the general public! You do not need to be an active chiropractic patient to book a sauna session and experience the benefits of infrared therapy.

Preparing for your first Sauna visit

  • Chiropractic Care: Our schedule is currently at capacity and we are not accepting new chiropractic patients at this time. If you would like to be added to our waitlist, please give us a call. We would be happy to contact you when we reopen for new patients.

  • Infrared Sauna: Open to everyone! We invite current and former patients, and members of the community to book a relaxing sauna session.
